Great and incredible location - within short walking distance to everywhere we needed.

wonderful and fairly clean hotel with nice design. thanks to the enthusiastic staff everything was good, including variety oflovely food. compact rooms and more than adequate and warm breakfast available. marvellous and stunning location to west cliff bournemouth seafront, excellent facilities. again, walking distance to treehouse family play theme park.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Bournemouth, I had a fantastic experience. The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. What stood out the most was the chocolate theme of the hotel. There was always chocolate available, which was a delightful treat. The breakfast was amazing, especially the chocolate pancakes. I had a great time and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Such a fab experience!

I recently stayed at this hotel and I was highly impressed! The location is fantastic, just a short walk away from the beautiful sea front and town center. The service and housekeeping were excellent, with the staff being very accommodating and friendly. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea/coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus as well. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Shower can be cramped and has water pressure issues.

We really enjoyed our stay at No5 Durley Road. The staff was amazing, very friendly, and always happy to answer any questions we had. The parking was very easy and we found plenty of spaces available. The breakfast selection was huge and the quality of the cooked breakfast was superb. As young people, we appreciated the renovated decor in the rooms and the free chocolate that was supplied. The hotel had a very guest-focused approach and we loved the original chocolate theme.

We had an amazing time at this chocolate-themed boutique hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and we loved the cozy and warm atmosphere. The chocolate theme was delightful and made for a unique and fun experience. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast that was included with our stay, and the fact that we were able to help ourselves at the bar was a great touch. The location was perfect and we were able to easily explore everything the area had to offer.

The only downside was that breakfast finished a bit early at 9:30am which was a bit of a struggle for us during our romantic escape. There was also a water stain marker on the lining of the back of our curtains, which was a bit disappointing.

The breakfast at the hotel was amazing, especially the bacon in the Full English. The selection overall was wonderful and definitely worth a stay just for the breakfast alone. Another advantage was the friendly and accommodating owners who made us feel welcome and looked after us throughout our stay. The location was also great, conveniently situated between the town and the beach, allowing us to easily walk to both. Additionally, the availability of chocolate drops whenever we came and went was a nice touch.

The bathroom in our room was a major hazard as we constantly had to stoop due to the low eaves of the roof. It made us question if it was even legal to have such low ceilings.

The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast in the mornings and provided daily chocolate treats in the room. a wonderful stay at No5 Durley Road!
